Teaching elementary school students is a wonderful way to make a living. I have always felt teaching was more of a hobby than a job. I hope to use this blog as another tool of communication with the families of the students who live in Room 17 for their 4th grade year.

Mrs. J's new camera
Room 8 has been hearing that I was thinking of getting a new camera ... and I did. Here are a few photos I took playing around with it. Oh yeah, that's Dorothy in the first photo. Nice, uh? Sam Ms. H Ashley
Whatever camera you decided on, it sure was a good one! I love the details it picks up (e.g. hair strands, dimples, etc.) Have fun with it! (although it looks like you already are!) -Brandie
