Ms. van Ark has been teaching us grammar with our Daily Oral Language (aka DOL). After she finished, it was Connor and Donny's turn to share their bags. Connor showed his orange belt from Karate as one of his items. Donny brought a clown and told us how much he likes them.
An activity we do Monday - Thursday is the Mad Minute. This is just a 2-minute drill of basic multiplication facts. Each student's goal is to just do a little better than the day before...either one more fact answered, or answering them all one second faster.
Hopefully Cole and Garrett were not too distracted while I took their picture as they worked!
