Madison

Madison shared her bag on Friday. She started off with some colored pencils. She told us she likes to color!
She also had a pack of Eclipse gum...telling us she likes to chew gum.

"You don't like to chew it at school, right?" asked Mrs. Johnston.

"Well...no..." answered Madison.
Next was a pair of scissors! She said she likes to cut things...like pants! Someone asked her if she had cut the shorts she had on...she said she had.

After the scissors, Madison pulled out a glue stick. She said she likes gluing things. Sometimes she likes to glue the things she just cut with the scissors!
Pony Pals are the type of books Madison likes to read. She said this one was one of her favorites. She does like to read...but only Pony Pal books.
I absolutely LOVE this key ring Madison brought to share! It's gorgeous! She and her mom made it.

Madison also brought a pencil, telling us she likes writing.

Her last item to share was a CD. She told us her favorite song was "I'm Not Afraid" by Eminem. I thought she had said M & M, like the candy. (I'm a little behind the times!) Room 8 started telling me a little about this singer...and we had a little discussion about music...about good/bad lyrics. They told me that when Eminem's songs are played on the radio, they beep out anything bad. I hope so!
