Maiya

Maiya...she started telling us about herself by showing us 3 markers. She said she likes to color and she likes the colors blue, black, and green.

She also brought a stuffed animal. She likes stuffed animals. She likes baby toys too.
Maiya also brought some keys. She likes them because they're her house keys and she likes them because they jingle.
She brought this glue stick because she likes 'glue like Madison, but I like to do other stuff with it," she said.

Maiya also brought a bottle of water. She said she likes going to the ocean. She likes the coldness and likes get soaking wet. She also likes going to the river and fishing with her dad.

She also brought an eraser. She likes it, but doesn't know why.

Just like a lot of other Room 8ers, Maiya brought a silly band. The one she brought was a skull. She likes silly bands and doesn't know how many she has.
"I brought these sticky things because I like sticky things!" Maiya giggled.
"I brought this bear eraser because I like erasers. I don't know why," Maiya giggled again.

Maiya then held up a black hair tye, stretched it out, and said, "I don't know why I have it in here."

It was fun to hear Maiya share her bag...and giggle!
