Meet Jackson!

Jackson started by showing us a comic book.  He told us how he likes to read comics.  That started a story by me of a comic book I bought in Belgium called "The Adventures of Tin Tin."  It was made in a movie and quite a few Room 17ers knew about Tin Tin.

He also had some headphones in his bag.  Jackson likes to listen to music.

 We have a lot of students who like to draw.  Jackson is one of them!  That's why he had included this pencil in his bag.

 Legos!

Jackson told us he likes to build with Legos...a lot!

 This beautiful rock..is it a geode?...but it was to let us know how he likes to collect rocks.  Isn't it pretty?  I don't think anyone asked where he's gotten the rock.

Last but not least, Jackson had a pokemon card.  This is something else he likes to collect.
