Our Last Friday Group (sniff, sniff)

 This is Elena...one of our super-moms who helped in our sewing group...Thank you, Elena!

 Owen and John were better at sewing because of Elena, Becky, Jennifer, and Aya!

 Jayce...his super-mom, is Jennifer of our sewing group!

 Kenneth became a better cook because another of our super-moms, Tammy, helped in our cooking group.  Thank you, Tammy!

 Here is Jennifer!  Not only did she help in the sewing group, but here she is helping Veronica with tin punching...

 Evan is our special 4th grader.  He's actually 4 years old, but he became part of our Room 5 family!

 Here is Mr. C, Tim, and Jim...Mr. C is the one who had the great idea to do "Friday Groups"... he leads the woodworking group.  Tim is our super-grandpa!  He's Jair's grandpa.  Jim is one of our super-dads!  He is Jaya's dad...  Mr. C., Tim, and Jim...thank you!!!

 When the sewing group finished their coasters, they started on tin punching a "kiss the cook" picture.

 Ms. G joined the cooking group when she was in our classroom full time.  Thank you, Ms. G!

 Here are more of our super-parents!  Super-dad, Kevin, who helped in the cooking group.  He belongs to Kathryn.  There's Tammy again..but on the right is another super-mom, Dusty!  She belongs to Makenzie.  Thank you Kevin, Tammy, and Dusty!!!  Room 5 became better bakers because of you.

 Look at these boys sewing and ironing.  All of Room 5 learned so much!

 You may notice that Owen's smile isn't super noticeable.  I kept telling him to smile...and I kept clicking away...but...no smile :(

Dusty and Makenzie

 The cooking group serving their last serve to Debby and Robby in the kitchen.  Thank you so much for so graciously allowing us to invade your kitchen every Friday!

 Their last time to serve the office.  Cheryl and Dorothy were eager to sample their delicious cupcakes.

 Julie had brought us two of her mini-muffin pans...we had some more cupcakes, so we took some to her to say 'thank you'!!!

 Oops!  We can't forget my sister!  Mrs. B was excited to get a Room 5 cupcake.

Because we made so many, even Mr. M was served cupcakes by Room 5.

That's the end of our Friday groups...which would absolutely have not happened without the huge commitment from so many of our parents/grandparents/retired teacher!  How fun this was!
