Minute-to-win-it #5

We started this Minute-to-win-it, with a playoff between Ian and Macy...I don't think either one was a clear winner... but it was fun to watch them again.

Isabella was the player in one of our new games.  This came from Dorothy...  About a dozen cards are set up on a table, and you have to blow them down one at a time.  If more than one go down, you have to put them back up and try again.  If one is blown on to the floor, you have to pick it up, set it back on the table and try again...

Another new game was also from Dorothy.  This used ping pong balls and cups.  You bounce the ball on the table and catch it in the cup.  Then you put another cup in the cup with the ball, and bounce a second ball, trying to catch it in the 2nd cup...you keep repeating this sequence.  The stack of cups gets pretty wobbly as you can tell from this picture of Jason.

Sabrina was our contestant in this game...and boy, was it difficult!
Unfortunately, because this cup game and the blow-the-cards-down game could only be played by one player at a time, instead of all three contestants at the same time, we ran out of time.  We told the students we'd continue the games on Tuesday, which we did...but I haven't taken the photos off my camera...yet!
