Elaine

 Elaine is new to our school this year.  It was fun to hear her bag since no one in Room 5 knew her before last week! 

Elaine Renee is her name...and she's named after her grandma, her dad's mom, who died before Elaine was born. 

 She started with a book, telling us she likes to read.  The Hunger Games is her favorite book. 

She told us she likes to swim when she pulled out these goggles.  Of course, we needed her to model the goggles for us! 

Next was a fish- not a real fish, of course- but Elaine told us she likes fish.

She also had a necklace, a necklace that had broke....she told us she likes to make them. 

She also likes to draw, and brought a pen for this.

Elaine then had some photographs to share with us...mostly pictures of her as a toddler...and most around water!  Some in Room 8 put those photographs of Elaine as a toddler, with the sharing of her goggles...we learned a lot about Elaine!
