Jade is new to our school this year...but she's fit right in. She started her bag by telling us that both her parents liked the name 'Jade' so that's how she got it. Her middle name is Felicity , which means 'happy.' Her parents said they named her that because she makes them happy!
Jade told us she likes cookies! So she brought this bag...I think it was empty...to illustrate this.
,She likes to draw. Jade drew a few things on some paper to show us. She said she 'just threw a few things together.'
She brought a hair clip and told us she likes to put her hair up in buns and braids.
A paintbrush was something else in her bag because she also likes to paint. (I wonder if she likes to paint what she has drawn?)
A Series of Unfortunate Events is one of her favorite series. She brought one of them to show us. Her favorite series is the Spiderwick Chronicles.
She brought some chalk...because she likes to color on chalkboards and stuff! She said she thinks it looks cool to have crushed up chalk on top of glitter.
Jade, we're glad you're at our school! It was great to learn more about you.
