Kate

Kate is a former Room 8er. Well, I guess she's still a Room 8er since she has come back to work in our classroom. Kate also shared her bag. Room 8 cheered when she brought it in!As most of Room 8s high school workers, Kate brought her keys. She likes to drive. Room 8 wanted to know what kind of car she has... a Volvo. Then they wanted to know how old it was. Kate didn't know for sure. She just said it was "old." Oh yeah, and it's blue.

Kate likes to be in the sun, so she brought her sunglasses. Of course, we asked her to model them for us, which she did. She likes to go to the lake with her friends. She said she goes almost every weekend.

She also likes music...and she likes her iPod. Her iPod is pink, which is also her favorite color. This iPod, she just got last week.

We always love having our high school students! I think it's great for them too, to see the other side of a classroom, the teaching side. It's a win-win situation!
