Alexis

 Meet Alexis!

"I'm so happy!"  Alexis said this as she stood in front of the room clutching her bag...getting ready to share.  I asked her what she was so happy about...and Brady answered, "She's glad I went before her."  I'm not really sure if that's correct, but Alexis definitely looked happy...but then again, she almost always looks happy!
Alexis started with a lot of photographs.  She told us, "I'm going to start with my pictures!"  She had one of her brother, Jacob, when he was 5 years old... Alexis when she was little with Jacob and his new riding gear... another one of Alexis when she modeled for her Aunt Jenna.  "She's a photographer.  She put make up on me!"  (Jacob and Jenna are both former students!)  She had some of her sister, McKenna...and her baby sister, Addison.  She included photos of her cousin, Brooklynn, who was born 57 minutes before McKenna!  How cool is that?

Alexis brought this Barbie bike of her sister's...because I love ride bikes!
She included her wax hand...telling us she loves to make them!

There was a red heart in her bag...I think she got it from her mom 5 years ago...  (I may have that fact wrong???)

She showed us a necklace, well, it used to be a necklace, but now it's a chain because it broke.  Alexis had made it in preschool.
Alexis is an athlete and loves soccer.  These two medals were for this sport!
Alexis got this camera when she was 3 years old.  It's a Hello Kitty one, but it doesn't work anymore.
She brought this orange iPod...it was her mom's...but it broke when her mom dropped it in the toilet!  Alexis loves the color, orange!
Her DS was in her bag...it's really, really old.  Alexis told us that a long time ago, her teacher gave her stickers and she put them all over the DS, and then gave each of them a name!

This was all Alexis had in her bag...but she explained that she had had a picture of her sister, Bailey...but it fell out and Bailey ripped it up, saying it's embarrassing!

It was great listening to our happy Alexis share her bag!
