Hailee

 Meet Hailee!

 Hailee showed us a picture of her on her birthday.  There was a lot of questions about it being black and white!  I don't know about you, but I absolutely love black and white...or sepia-toned... pictures.  They're just ... classic!

 Hailee told us that Despicable Me was her favorite movie... a lot of Room 5 agreed!

 Rubber duck... Hailee told us she and her brother fill tub up with water and put the ducks in.  I asked her if this was her brother, Joshua - a former student -, and she just gave her big smile and said no!

 Ummm?  What else is in Hailee's bag?

She had 'two little things I made with pipe cleaners and feathers.' 

 She had this Rio bird that she got from McDonald's.  She told us it makes noise, and of course, everyone wanted to hear it. 

 This star is one Hailee made out of fuse beads.  She also had a 'puff ball thing I made'...and it was green, which is her favorite color.  Hailee also showed us a key chain she had made...

 ...and a rock she made.  She said she also had a blue one like this.  There was also a friendship bracelet...and of course, Hailee had made it!

 Hailee told us she had a whole bunch of coins.  Her dad likes to collect them and has 8 bags of them!

This is a little blue bowl that she made out of pipe cleaners!

Also included in Hailee's bag were some bouncy balls. She and Phoebe always throw them at her brother, Jeremy.  She showed us a rock that she found in a rock pit...a glass rock that her brother, Joshua, gave her... a rock with gold in it that one of her mom's customers gave her... and Sponge Bob, toys that she likes to collect.

We definitely learned (or I did) that Hailee loves to make things!  We loved listening to her share her bag!
